Working for Sleaford Town Council in partnership with Sleaford BID, the town warden enforces the bye-laws imposed by NKDC, as well as keeping a watchful eye on anti-social behaviour in Sleaford. Phil also acts as the liaison officer between BID security, the town council and the local Police.
